Thomas Hollingsworth II, a dedicated Master Programming Machinist for Gold Metal Products and inventive mind known for his ability to fix most anything, has passed away suddenly at the age of 27. Born March 8, 1997, in Plantation FL, Thomas spent most of his life in Ludlow and Northern KY excelling in metal working and spreading kindness and generosity wherever he went.
A standout graduate, member of the Honor Society, Thomas achieved the honor of Valedictorian of Ludlow High School Class of 2015. His passion for innovation and creativity was evident in both his professional career and personal pursuits. He had a deep love for music and was particularly skilled at playing the guitar, which brought him great joy, especially performing live with his partner Sydney.
Described as kind-hearted and loving by those who knew him best, Thomas was a beacon of positivity in the lives of many. His vibrant smile could light up any room, and his welcoming nature meant he never met a person he didn't like or didn't like him. Above all, Thomas cherished his role as a devoted father to his beloved son, Atticus, who brought him immense joy and happiness.
Thomas leaves behind a legacy of love and inspiration. He is survived by his father, Thomas Hollingsworth; mother, Joyce Hollingsworth; son, Atticus Hollingsworth; fiancée, Sydney Stuart; brother, Patrick Hollingsworth; sisters, Jacquline Baker and Kamryn Teske; as well as nieces and nephews, Eli, Ava, Presley, Remington, Chandler, Kennedy and Charlotte. As well as Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and beloved friends.
Services to honor and celebrate the life of Thomas will be held at the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home in Ludlow. A visitation will take place on July 17, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 6:00 PM.
