Tami Shata Bryan

June 1, 1981 — February 22, 2025

Ludlow, Kentucky

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tami Shata Bryan, 43, of Ludlow, Kentucky, who left this world on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.

Tami was a loving daughter, sister, and fiancée who brought light and laughter to those around her. She is survived by her mother, Linda Bryan Compo; her sister, Amanda Bryan Hatton; and her fiancé, David Bruckmann. She gave birth to four beautiful children—Ian, Leah, Zachary, and Edward—whom she loved dearly. Her beloved grandmother, Dorothy Bryan, and Stepfather, Noah Compo, preceded her in death.

A proud student at Ludlow Schools, Tami made the most of her time there as a cheerleader, soccer player, and a dedicated member of the marching band’s color guard. She carried that same passion and determination into her job, where she found great fulfillment as a caretaker for the elderly. Tami had a kind and giving heart, always looking out for those who needed her the most.

Though life presented her with challenges, Tami faced them with resilience and strength, always finding a way to rise above. She cherished the simple joys—spending time with her fiancé, relaxing with their dog, and making memories with friends. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Tami’s memory.

Though she is no longer with us, Tami’s love and legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
