Ralph Elwood Jump

Ralph Elwood Jump, 92, of Ft. Wright passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Ralph was a member of Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church, where he has served as a deacon and Sunday School Director. Additionally, he belonged to Gateway Lodge No. 109 F&AM and was a 32nd Degree Mason. For 37 years Ralph worked as a millwright at General Electric and later as a real estate investor and developer. 

Survivors include his son, Ralph (Brenda) Jump Jr. of Myrtle Beach; daughters, Connie (Ray) Coghill of Villa Hills, Donna (David) Forsyth of Ft. Wright; brothers, Roy Jump of Brookville, IN and Robert Jump of Largo, FL; 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Jump; parents, Jessie Frank and Ressie Jump and sisters, Lois Irene Edmondson and Lola Jean Jump; daughter-in-law, Debbie Jump. 

 Visitation is on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 10:00AM until the hour of Service at 12:00PM all in Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church, 2323 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017.

Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church.
