Laura "Sue" Noe, 79, a beloved life-long member of the Ludlow community, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, June 16, 2024. Born on December 23, 1944, in Harlan, Kentucky, Sue's life was a testament to dedication and kindness.
For 42 years, Sue served as a Sales Clerk at Ludlow Pharmacy. During her career there, she also delivered countless prescriptions to customers. Delivering the prescription was only a small part of the job. The part she loved the most was offering a kind smile, a funny joke, or just a little conversation. Her commitment to her work earned her the admiration and gratitude of many within the community. Sue was also a member of the Ludlow First Baptist Church for many years.
Outside of her professional life, Sue was a woman of many passions. Her infectious laughter and warm personality brought joy to those around her. She was an avid reader of suspense novels. She loved flowers and gardening. Her favorite thing to do was to drive through Devou Park, admiring all the trees and flowers. Her life-long love for cats was a testament to her gentle nature. Sue's love for music was a passion she shared with her son Jeff, as she spent many hours watching him at band competitions.
Sue's presence in the community was profound. She was known and loved by all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her. Her legacy extends far beyond her professional accomplishments, touching the lives of family, friends, and neighbors alike.
Sue is preceded in death by her husband Carl Edmond Noe, her brothers; Leroy Frady and Tom Narvell, sisters; Diana Seibert and Marie Turner.
Survivors include son, Jeff (Laura) Noe; granddaughter Raven (Zach) Smith; grandsons Christopher, Xander and MacKinnley, and Zachary (Kristen); great-grandchildren Marley, Maverick, Calliope, Killian, Dalton, Chloe and Aubrey; nieces Katy (Darren) Simmons, Sera and nephew Max.

Laura "Sue" Noe's Genuine kindness touched the hearts of many, and her memory will forever be treasured by those who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace, being reunited with the love of her life, Carl, who left this world way too soon. When asked, "Sue, can I get you anything?" Her answer was always—"a million dollars." This will bring smiles forevermore. She had a beautiful life, and we are forever grateful.
