John "Jack" Lokesak, 71, of Park Hills, KY passed away at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Edgewood on December 27, 2023 leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and dedication. His passion and dedication were evident throughout his tenure, leaving a lasting impact on all those who had the pleasure of working with him. Additionally, he was a retired Park Hills Fireman where he served 20+ years. He was a board of directors member for the Association of the United States Army, Major Samuel Woodfill Chapter.
