George "Sherman" Turner

George “Sherman” Turner, Sr., 92, of Ludlow, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.  Sherman retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a Mail Handler.  He proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy.  Sherman was a member of Bromley Christian Church and the Turners Club in Covington.  He was a sports fan and enjoyed long walks through the neighborhood.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mimi Sue Turner and sister, Marie Staudenmaier.

Survivors include his son, Sherman Turner of Ludlow; daughters, Beth Ann Stephenson of Park Hills, Katie (Matt) Egbert of Cleves, OH; grandchildren, Jordan Stephenson and Grace Egbert.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.

Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger.
