Edward L. Schneider, 67, of Ft. Wright, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014.
He served our country proudly during three tours in Vietnam for the U.S. Navy.
He loved life and was a wonderful storyteller. Ed was passionate about many things. He loved his billboards, he loved to read, he loved golf and he loved spending time with his granddaughter, Regan. He was a true patriot. His passion for politics and conversation were shared freely with his family and friends alike.
Survivors include his granddaughter, Regan Conley; son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Staci Schneider of Erlanger; mother Marcella Schneider of Crescent Springs; siblings, Gerald Schneider (Jan) of Inverness, FL, Rose Schneider of Washington D.C., Theresa Eubank (Cliff) of Crescent Springs, Chris Rider (Gary) of Crescent Springs, Joe Schneider (Cathy) of Beavercreek, OH, Tom Schneider (Shawn) of Ft. Wright, Mary Ruberg (Don) of Edgewood, Philip Schneider of Crescent Springs, Patty Helmer (Steve) of Ludlow, and Paul Schneider (Paul) of Leesburg, VA.
Visitation is Monday, September 8, 2014 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 1:00PM in St. Joseph Church, 2470 Loraine Court, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
