Diana N. Seibert, 80, of Ludlow, passed away on Monday,  August 16, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a Clerk at Star Bank, retired after many decades. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ludlow, active in W.M.U. missions and various youth programs. Diana was born in Harlan where she dreamed of singing with the opera. She never met Toscanini, but she proudly sang on a local radio show. She instilled her love of music in her children and grandchildren.  As a Ludlow Band and Golden Knight Drum Corp Booster, she loved traveling to shows, sewing, and feeding hundreds over the years.  Diana was an avid reader her whole life. and shared her love by volunteering for the Ludlow youth program, C.L.A.S.P., teaching children to read and write. Diana loved spending time with Ludlow Seniors, traveling after retirement and gardening. She was an awesome cook who loved her family most of all and spending time together. She was Mrs. Claus.


Diana was preceded in death by her husband, James Seibert.


She is survived by a sister, Laura Sue Noe, a daughter, Kay Simmons, grand children, Max & Sera Simmons, step daughters Lisa Goff and Joyce Gouge, step sons John and Wayne Seibert, their children, Shelby & Winston. Her nephew,(other son), Jeff Noe, and many nieces & nephews.


Visitation is on Monday, August 23, 2021, from 4:00 PM until the hour of Service at 6:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow.  Interment is private to the family.


In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Ludlow Fire Department, C.L.A.S.P, and First Baptist Church of  Ludlow.
