Charles H. “Chuck” “Charlie” Seiter, 91, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Chuck was born and raised in Covington by his loving parents, Albert and Hannah Seiter. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 35 years, Ruth; brothers, Joe, Albert, Harry, Walter; and sister, Sadie. Left to honor and remember Chuck’s love and spirit are his second wife of 29 years, Donna Seiter; daughters, Robin (Alan) Miller, Carol (Joe) Vitucci; son, Tim (Diane) Talbert as well as his devoted granddaughter, Gina Ward and grandchildren, Robin Vitucci, Tim Talbert and Debbie Kidwell; great grandchildren, Alyson, Emily, Matthew and Makayla; great great grandchild, Presley; plus numerous nieces and nephews. Chuck proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy, during the Korean conflict, aboard the USS Windham Bay and made 78 crossings from California to Japan.  Returning to civilian life, he spent 35 years as a transportation engineer, better known as a truck driver. Chuck was very active with Kelly Furnish Post 7099 VFW.  His retirement was spent enjoying his family and life in general. Visitation is on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at 11:30 AM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm St., Ludlow, KY. Interment in Arlington Cemetery, Cincinnati. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital, St. Elizabeth Home Health Care and St. Elizabeth Hospice for all their care and support. Ronald B.
