Carol L Beutel

Carol L. Beutel, a beloved homemaker, passed away on December 8 at the age of 81. She was born on June 29, 1942, in Ludlow, Kentucky to her loving parents John and Virginia Rolfsen.

Throughout her life, Carol found joy in various hobbies and interests. She took great pleasure in reading, playing cards, and watching and identifying birds. Carol also loved visiting her brother and his wife in Tennessee. Additionally, she was an avid fan of NFL football and supported the UK Wildcats. These activities brought her much happiness and fulfillment.

On December 8, Carol peacefully departed this world at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood while being surrounded by her loved ones. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends.

Carol leaves behind her children: Scott (Lisa) Beutel of Florence, Brian (Stephanie) Beutel of Falmouth, Andy (Nicole) Beutel of Dry Ridge, and Robin Mills of Ghent, KY. Carol's presence will be deeply missed by her grandchildren: Elizabeth (Sinan Ozdemir) Beutel, Olivia Beutel, Johnathon (Emily) Beutel, Allie Beutel, Justin Beutel, Kayla (Jordan Gabbard) Beutel, Nolan Beutel, Heather (Jon Sutton) St. Sauvuer, Amy (Terence) Donahue, Emily (Charlie) Webb as well as great-grandchildren Jackson "Boo", Ava, Zander, Devin, Quinten, Isabel and Courtney. Additionally, Carol is survived by her siblings Doug (Joyce) Rolfsen of Tazewell, TN and Gary (Virginia) Rolfsen of Ludlow.

Preceded in death by devoted husband, Kress Beutel, son-in-law, Ronnie Mills, and parents, John and Virginia Rolfsen. 

Visitation is Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 10:00AM until the hour of Service at 12:00PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, Kentucky 41016. 

Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
