Arlen D. Baker, 86, of Villa Hills, a dedicated printer who spent his career at Kahny Printing in Cincinnati, has peacefully passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Born in Latonia, Kentucky, Arlen was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend whose memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
In addition to his successful career in the printing industry, Arlen served as a member of the U.S. Navy. His commitment to excellence and hard work was evident not only in his professional life but also in his personal passions. Arlen found joy and relaxation in golfing up to 3 times a week, showcasing his skill and love for the sport.
Arlen is preceded in death by his brothers, Vernon and Melvin Baker.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Donna Baker of Villa Hills. His legacy continues through his children: Kevin (Grace) Baker of Park Hills, Arlen (Candace) Baker of Florence, Melvin (Gail) Baker of Independence, Troy (Vanny) Baker of Villa Hills, Robin (Girrin) Gillespie of Latonia, Tina (Jeff) Pollock of West Palm Beach, FL; and his sister, Iris Newkirk of Florida. Arlen's memory will also be carried on by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services are private to the convenience of the family.
