Samuel Henry, 18, of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Ludlow. Sammy was a bright young man who enjoyed listening to a variety of music and watching movies. He loved travelling with his family and going to MDA Summer Camp.
Survivors include his devoted parents, Robert and Adrianna (nee Lindsey) Henry of Covington; brothers, Robert, Michael and Joseph Henry; maternal grandmother, Carol Fatherree; paternal grandparents, Kathy and Robert Henry; niece, Emma Henry and nephew, Liam Steely.
Visitation is on Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 10:30 until the hour of Service at 12:00 PM all in First Baptist Church, 400 Linden Street, Ludlow, KY.
