Elaine K. Richmond, 93, of Florence, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at her residence. She was a talented hairstylist who owned Cheri’s La Petite Salon in Bromley. Elaine enjoyed making ceramics and caring for her houseplants, especially her orchids. She also loved going to Florida and trips to the beach.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Douglas Richmond of Florence; daughters, Sherry Hall of Erlanger, Tera (Doug) Clark of Villa Hills; step-children, Rodney (Dorothy) Richmond of Withamsville, OH, Barbara Hall and Mary (John) Huckabee both of Wagner, OK; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Elaine was preceded in death by her first husband, Merrell Schultz (1993) and son, Robert Lane.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the DCCH Center for Children and Families, 75 Orphanage Rd, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017 or the charity of the donor’s choice.
