Michelle Diane Sizemore, 45, of Covington, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Smith (1993) and brother, James Smith, Jr. (2010).
Survivors include her loving daughter, Bianca Mahan of Hebron; father, James “Jim” Smith of Covington; brother, Ronnie Smith of Covington; and her beloved cat, “Miss Kitty”.
Memorial Services is private and at the convenience of the family.
