Barbara May Bishop, 71, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.She was a waitress at Covington Chili and B & B Riverboats. Barbara was a member of Seven Hills Church where she loved attending church with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bishop and brothers, Jimmy and Elwood “Moe” Cain.
Survivors include her daughters, Debra Courtney of Ludlow, Kim Mardis of Burlington; 2 grandchildren; fiancé, Joseph “Joe” Baughn of Covington; brothers, Lewis Cain of Covington, Gary Cain of Covington, Lewis Williams, Jr. of Covington, Gordon Williams of Dry Ridge; sisters, Eileen Haywood of Covington, Emma Vogt of Florence, and Trudy Bauer of Ft. Wright.
Visitation is Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 9:30AM to the hour of Service at 11:30AM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
