Candace "Candi" Phelps

Candace “Candi” L. Phelps, 58, of Erlanger, KY, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at St. Elizabeth in Florence.  She devoted her life to working to provide for her family.  She loved to knit, crochet, and watch TV.

Candi was preceded in death by her father, Donald Johnson.

Survivors include her fiancé, Jack Engel of Erlanger, daughter, Windi Schwab (Dale) of Dry Ridge; son, Charles Phelps, II of Covington; brothers, Donald (Laura) Johnson of Jacksonville, Fl, Edward Johnson of, Sandra (Thomas) Cook of Jacksonville, Fl; grandchildren, Jarrett Randall, Chloe Randall, Andrew Schwab, Emma Schwab and Sally Phelps.

Memorial Service is Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 7:00PM in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Candi L. Phelps Memorial Fund, c/o Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home.
