Iva Dean McCandless, 87, of Ludlow, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a homemaker. Iva loved shopping with her friends and decorating her home. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family and bossing Joyce and Janice around.
Iva is preceded in death by her husband, Bert McCandless; parents, Omer and Virginia Haggard; son, Eddie McCandless; brother, Harold Haggard; sisters, Agnes Ross and Delores Straton.
Survivors include her sisters, Joyce Price of Covington and Janice Spence of Falmouth; brothers, Pete Haggard of Covington, Lee Haggard of Florence, Roy Haggard of Texas, Ronnie Haggard of Covington; granddaughters, Tonya and Rachel (Nathan); and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the hour of Service at 12: 00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, Kentucky 41016.
Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger, Kentucky.
