Robert Malone

Robert “Denny” Malone, 72, of Ludlow, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. He was a retired truck driver for Miller Lite.

Denny served our country in the U.S Army. He was an active member of the Ludlow Vets, an avid UK Basketball Fan, golfer and he loved fishing.  Denny was also an accomplished bowler, having bowled a 299 which earned him the nickname, Smooooth.

Survivors include his son, Keith (Stacey) Malone of Walton; daughter, Angie (Brad) Deardorff of Mt Washington; brother, Artie Malone of Ludlow; sisters, Sharon Sizemore, Barbara Roaden and Karen Denham; 3 grandchildren, Winter, Brewster and Wyatt.

He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Malone and sister, Debbie Whittington.

Visitation in on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Catholic Blessing on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:30 AM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.

Interment with full military honors in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY.
