Marilyn J. Dressman, 82, of Covington, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Marilyn was a member of St. Barbara’s Church in Erlanger. She loved golfing, playing cards, traveling and going to Keeneland. She also enjoyed family get togethers on holidays and birthdays.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Dressman; parents, Joseph Hammer and Leona Arlinghaus and 9 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Pete Henke of Park Hills, Kenneth (Pam) Henke of Crittenden; daughter, Judy (Bill) Lubbers of Ft. Wright; step-son, Larry (Matilda) Dressman of Bloomington, IN; step-daughter Ellen Dressman of Corydon, IN; brother, Herbert Hammer of Raleigh, NC; sisters, Micki Bowen of Michigan, Alberta Slaughter of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren, Renee, Christen, Kevin, Patrick, Stephen, Paul and Abigail; 2 great grandchildren, Lillian and Henry.
Visitation is on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 9:30 AM to the hour of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM all in Holy Cross Church, 3612 Church St, Covington, KY 41015.
Interment in Mother of God Cemetery, Ft. Wright.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Charles Community, 600 Farrell Dr, Covington, KY 41011.
