Norman Edward Burkhart, Jr., 73, of Ludlow, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Covington. He was a retired Jailer for the Kenton County Detention Center. Norman was an associate member of VFW Post 1484. He loved football, especially the Bengals, and was an avid University of Kentucky sports fan.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann Burkhart of Ludlow.
Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
