Thomas C. Carr
Thomas C. Carr, 75, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati. He was a retired teacher and coach with Amelia High School in Cincinnati. Tom was a basketball and football coach at many schools in Florida, Kentucky, and Ohio. He attended the Cincinnati Reds Training Camp in Sarasota, Florida and was a member of their Hall of Fame. Tom proudly served our country in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his daughters, Kathleen (Jeff) Coleman of Sandyhook, KY, Lisa (Russell) Dean of Cincinnati, OH; son, Thomas Carr of De Funiak Springs, FL; brother, Larry Carr of Union; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation is on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 10:00 AM until the hour of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00PM all in Sts. Boniface and James Church, 304 Oak Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
