Susan M. (Quinn) Turney

Susan Marjorie (Quinn) Turney, 77, of Carlsbad, California, formerly of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky, peacefully died on Sunday, December 4, 2016. Beloved wife of Donald Turney (deceased), Sue was a devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend who made everyone at ease with her good humor and laughter. She loved entertaining on her front porch and will be remembered for her friendship, her love of the English language, both written and spoken, and for her accomplished baking talents. Sue was a Homemaker most of her adult life, but in her later years she worked as a Coding Manager with Alliance Research for over 10 years.

Survivors include her children Don (Lorrie) Turney of Myrtle Beach, SC, Elizabeth (Daniel) Morgan of Ft. Mitchell, Brendan (Carla) Turney of La Habra Heights, CA, Erin (Patrick) Brennan of Carlsbad, CA, Griffin Turney of Florence; brothers, Lee (Charlotte) Quinn of Lakeside Park, Donald (Pat) Quinn of Florence, and Gordon Quinn of Ft. Mitchell, and her seven beloved grandchildren, Jack and Grace Turney, Danny and Molly Brennan and Lilly, Claire and Isabelle Morgan.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial is on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 9:00 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, 2415 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017.
