Kathleen “Kathy” A. Finck, 80, of Ludlow, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence.
She was a homemaker and former Executive Secretary for Twyman, Dunning, Temple and Berg Insurance, Co. Kathy was a member of Sts. Boniface & James Church in Ludlow where she was a Eucharistic Minister and was on Parish Council. She was a former member of the Ludlow City Council. Kathy volunteered for the League of Animal Welfare and delivered Christmas presents to the needy for the George Steinford Foundation. She was chosen as the Northern Kentucky Woman of the Year in 1989.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 56 years, Donald Finck of Ludlow; son, David (Shelly) Finck of Hebron; sisters, Maureen Ryan of Covington, Patricia (Don) Marshall of Covington; grandchildren, Danielle, Zachary, Miranda, Ryan, Bret; great grandchildren, Peighton, Morgan, Wyatt and Nolan.
Kathy was preceded in death by her son, Donald Finck (2012) and grandson, Tyler.
Visitation is on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 10:00 AM to the hour of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM all in Sts. Boniface & James Church, 304 Oak Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Alzheimers Association, 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026 Cincinnati, OH 45203 or Northern Kentucky Right to Life, P.O. Box 1202, Covington, Kentucky 41012.
