Myron Hornyak, 84, of Fairfield Glade, TN passed away on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Brookdale Senior Living Solutions in Edgewood, KY. He was a retired social worker for Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. Myron was a loving father and grandfather who had many hobbies. He was a talented stained glass artist, an avid cyclist and loved the theatre. Myron also enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Marcella Hornyak of Fairfield Glade, TN, sons; Chris Rose (Jennifer) of Erlanger, Kevin Rose (Tamara) of Troy, MI, Bruce Rose (Carolyn) of Cornelius, NC; many nieces and nephews; and 6 grandchildren.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 10:00AM in St. Francis of Assisi in Fairfield Glade, TN.
