Richard Lee Traft, 57, of Ft. Thomas, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He was an Auto Detailer with Marshall Dodge. He was a member Bellevue Baptist Church, and was an avid UK Basketball and Cincinnati Bengal’s fan, loved auto racing and was the life of the party.
Survivors include his daughter, Melanie (Derick) Trenkamp of Ludlow; son, Kurtis (Amber) Traft of Alexandria; brothers, Mike Traft of Burlington, Greg Traft of Union, Bobby Traft of Williamstown, Johnny Traft of Union; sisters, Monica Canaday of Covington, Sharon Konkright of Walton, Patty Traft of Covington, Diane Seifert of Independence, Rosie Boling of Covington; 8 grandchildren and former wife, Sherrie Traft.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie McDonough.
Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016 from 2:00 PM to the hour of Memorial Service at 3:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
