Lawrence “Larry” Tobergte, 76, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at his residence. Larry was a retired manufacture engineer for Amano Cincinnati. He loved fishing, camping, antique cars, drag racing and building things but most of all loved his family that always came first above all.
Larry proudly served our country in the U.S. Army.
Survivors included wife Eva (Browning) Tobergte of Demossville; son, Tommy Tobergte of Demossville; daughter, Angela (Mason) Pewett of Covington; brothers, Richard Tobergte of Cincinnati, Robert Tobergte of Elsmere; sisters, Ella Mae Graves of Owensville, Ohio, Sharon Franklin of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren, Andrew, Jeremy, Chelsea, Steven and great-grandchildren, Destiny, Rihanna, Brysen, and arriving soon, Cooper; step mother, Alberta Tobergte; and several step-siblings.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mabel (Lillard) Daniel; father, Frances Tobergte; siblings, Frank, William, Albert, Diane and Annie Marie
Visitation is Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with Services on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 11:00AM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North.
