Philip Wartman, 37, of Bromley, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. He was a clerk for 17 years at Remke Market in Ft. Mitchell. Philip loved to bowl on his Friday night bowling league at Center Lanes in Newport and he was a participant in the Special Olympics. He was an avid fan of UK football and basketball, the Bengals and the Reds. Philip especially loved ‘hanging out with the boys’.
He was preceded in death by his mother, LaDonna Wartman (2003).
Survivors include his father, Tim Wartman of Bromley, sister, Amber Wartman O’Brien of Erlanger, niece, Sadie O’Brien and nephew, Brogan O’Brien as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation is on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 4:00 pm until the hour of Christian Blessing at 7:00 pm all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016. Cremation will follow the blessing. Interment will take place at a later date in St. John’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
