Judy Highfield, 81, of Ludlow, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospice. She was a retired Cafeteria Manager with the Ludlow School system. Judy had many interests including reading, cooking, sewing and gardening. Mostly she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Family was everything to her. Survivors include her devoted husband of 34 years, Charles Highfield; sons, Mike (Donna) Klaserner of Ludlow, Cory Highfield of Union; daughters, Janet (Denny) Sizemore of Ft. Wright, Brandi (Tony) Bucher of Hebron; sister, Debbie Perry of Ft. Lauderdale; grandchildren, Michael Klaserner, Dane (Kir) Lantry, Krista Klaserner, Brooke (Stephen) Muck, Elliott, Erin and Emma Bucher; great grandchildren, Landry, Kennedy and Maeleigh Muck, Reece and Cole Lantry.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rex Burchett; mother, Edna Perry and sister, Donna Collier.
Visitation is on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at 12:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm St., Ludlow. Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S Loop Rd, Edgewood, KY 41017 or Ludlow Independent Schools, 525 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
