Jimmie “Josh” Logan, 85, of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Highland Springs Care Center in Fort Thomas. He was a railroad engineer at CSX.
Jimmie was a member of Community Family Church in Independence for 15 years. He was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and University of Kentucky basketball.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Dolley Logan and Mary Ellen Logan Nee: Mays; and many brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Virgie Logan; son, Steve (Teresa) Logan of Ludlow; daughters, Brenda (Jerry) Willis of Covington, Cindy Logan of Independence; sisters, Carol Lake of Knox Co., Geraldine Brooks of Knox Co., Irene Runion of Fairfield,OH; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 10:00 AM to the hour of service at 12:00 Noon all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment will be in Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
