Anna Margaret Meyers

Anna “Margaret” Meyers, nee: Lawson, 85, of Park Hills, KY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by family. She was born in Berry, Kentucky on March 5, 1938. The daughter of the late Ed and Hattie Lawson. Margaret was a graduate of Holmes High School in Covington and went on to graduate from St. Elizabeth Nursing School. She worked as a Registered Nurse until 1967 when she left to devote her time to her family and persons with special needs through “The Point”. Margaret enjoyed spending time with family, neighbors, nursing friends, her church community and all activities involving her 9 grandchildren. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church. She married Charles Lee Meyers on September 8, 1962 and they celebrated 60 years of marriage together.

Margaret was also preceded in death by her sister, Barbara (Lawson) Reynolds; brothers-in-laws, Hugh Reynolds and Jerry Jansen.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Lee Meyers; daughters, Jennifer Lee Meyers, Virginia (Bill) Smith, Annie (Greg) Wuestefeld; son, Charles Edward (Jennifer) Meyers; sister, Bonnie Jansen; brother, Ed (Judy) Lawson; grandchildren, Wesley Smith, Anna Smith, Aaron Smith, Nicholas Smith, Lawson Smith, Joshua Wuestefeld, Maria Wuestefeld, Carson Meyers, Cooper Meyers; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation is Monday, April 17, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY. Service is on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Immanuel United Methodist Church, 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017.

Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
