Linda Ann Bunning, 73, of Alexandria, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a retired schoolteacher at Ockerman Elementary School and member of the Kentucky Teachers Association. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, William and Ann Goodpaster and brother, William Goodpaster.
Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, David Bunning of Alexandria; son, Matthew (Jennifer) Bunning of Alexandria; Sister Paula Hein of Edgewood; stepsisters, Linda Kay Loftus of Florida, Pamela Maitri of Florida and 3 grandchildren, William, Maximilian and Ilyse.
Visitation is on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the hour of Service at 12:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY.
Interment in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
