Donna French, 89, of Villa Hills, KY, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth in Edgewood. She was a homemaker. Donna was originally a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church in Kings Mountain, KY. After moving to Ludlow, she became a member of First Baptist Church for many years. She was an avid University of Kentucky Basketball fan and loved to garden. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, James Wilson and Rachel Wilson (nee Caldwell); husband, James French; brother, James Wilson and sister, Annie Thompson.
Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne (Randy) Lillard of Ludlow, sisters, Nancy Mullins of Villa Hills, Martha Hogue of Colerain Township and granddaughters, Hailey and Jenna Lillard.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 9:00 AM to the hour of Service at 11:00 AM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY, 41016.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, 400 Linden Street, Ludlow, KY, 41016.
Interment to follow in Highland Cemetery.
