Alisha Waters, 39, of Florence, passed away on Thursday February 17, 2022 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was a member of St. Timothy Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Tammy Russell, and father, Terry Waters.
Alisha is survived by her father, Jim Russell of Florence; brothers, Kurt Russell of Park Hills, TJ (Allison) Waters of Norfolk, VA, Josh (Melissa) Waters of Crittenden, Justin (Kelly) Russell of Hebron; sisters, Jessica Waters of Tollesboro, KY and Melanie Russell of Crescent Springs.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 10:00 AM to the hour of Service at 1:00PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY, 41016.
Interment in Highland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to G.C.B., Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Service, P.O. Box 6296, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
