Caroll was the loving husband of 35 years to Jeannine, father of Rebecca Long (Damon) of Wyoming, OH, Deenie Moore (Keith) of Erlanger; Stepfather to Chad Oliver (Rana) of Chipley, FL, Shelby Robertson (Logan) of St. Augustine, FL, Lissa Spillman (Dustin) of Walton and 8 grandchildren and step grandchildren. Services are on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM in Grace Fellowship Church, 9379 Gunpowder Rd, Florence, KY 41042. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY 40504.
