Louis A. “Lou” Boehmer of Ft. Mitchell, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the age of 70. Lou proudly served our country in the U.S. Army and was an honorary life member of The Knights of Columbus Bishop Carrell Council #702. He volunteered at Hosea House, Blessed Sacrament Church, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to a neighbor in need.
Lou was the loving brother of Regina Boehmer; dear uncle of Shannon D. (Scott) Cripe and Danny (Ashley A.) Donovan; great uncle of Madeline, Maren, Canaan and Cora. He also leaves behind many caring relatives and friends.
Lou was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Lou Boehmer; sisters, Elizabeth B. Donovan and Mary Louise Boehmer.
Visitation is on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the hour of Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM all in Blessed Sacrament Church, 2415 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017.
Interment in Mother of God Cemetery, Ft. Wright.
