Lloyd "Dean" Cook
Lloyd A. “Dean” Cook, 54, of Elsmere, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. He was a Maintenance worker for the State of Kentucky. Dean was a member of St. Henry Church in Elsmere. He loved fishing, camping and being outdoors. Dean was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Riley and father, James Cook (2013).
Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Cook of Elsmere; son, Curtis Cook of Erlanger; daughters, Chelsea and Christina Cook both of Independence, Carissa Cook of Walton; brothers, Leonard Cook of Walton, Milton “Tom” Cook of Verona, Patrick Cook of Elsmere; sisters, Linda Haar and Deborah Cason both of Walton.
Visitation is on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 3:00 PM until the Catholic Blessing at 5:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
