Madeline "Midge" Otis

Madeline “Midge” Otis, 75, of West Covington, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014 at her residence. She was a retired clerk for 5/3 Bank.  Midge was a member of St. George Church in Georgetown, OH and Sts. Boniface & James Church in Ludlow where she volunteered in the cafeteria and was a member of the Circle Pray Group.  She was a former VFW member in Mt. Orab, OH and volunteer at Brown County General Hospital’s Gift Shop in Georgetown, OH.

Midge was preceded by her husband, James F. Otis (2006); son, David Otis (1963) and brother, Johnny Walke (1993).

Survivors include her sons, James M. Otis of Covington, Jeff J. (Anne) Otis of Park Hills, John R. Otis of Ludlow; daughters, Debra Ann Donovan of Bromley, Donna K. Lemker of Taylor Mill, Diane M. Otis of Crescent Springs, Darlene R. (Roger) Barton of Lakeland, FL, Debra Jodery Bissantz of Covington; sisters, Mary Japalyn Schneider of Crescent Springs, Iris D. McElroy of Crescent Springs; 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday July 25, 2014 from 12:00 noon to the hour of Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 PM all in Sts. Boniface & James Church, 304 Oak Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials are suggested to Sts. Boniface & James Church.
