Bonnie Jean Bates, 46, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 31, 2017 at her residence.
She was a deli manager at IGA Express in Independence. Bonnie loved spending time with her family. She also loved to cook and bake using fantastic designs.
Survivors include her son, Timothy Bates of Columbus, Ohio; granddaughter, Brooklyn Johnson of Ludlow; brothers, Michael Whitaker of Ludlow, Richard Whitaker of Ludlow, Charles Whitaker of Covington; sisters, Kathryn Reed of Fort Mitchell and Janice Bryant of Dayton, KY.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Clara Whitaker; brother, Raymond Whitaker; sisters, Ramona Burgin, Debra Eichelburger and Cindy Johnson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 4:00 PM until the hour of Memorial Service at 5:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, Kentucky, 41016.
