Roger L. Purcel, 77, of Ft. Mitchell, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at his residence. He was a driver for the Standard Parking Company at the Airport. Roger was an avid sports fan, especially basketball and baseball. He loved fishing and helping people in any way.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Janet Purcel of Ft. Mitchell; son, Gregory Purcel of Reynoldsburg, OH; daughters, Lisa Purcel of Ft. Mitchell, Shellie Chapin of Covington; brothers, Gary Purcel, Randy and Darryl Hitch; sister, Sandy Reynolds; grandchildren, Justin Purcel, Brandon Troost, Camren Chapin and Hannah Chapin.
Roger was preceded in death by his sons, Roger and Joseph Purcel.
in lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Erlanger First Church of the Nazarene.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:00PM in Erlanger First Church of the Nazarene, 21 Short Hill Road., Erlanger, KY 41018.
