James J. Earl
James J. Earl of West Covington, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Covington. He was retired in 1987 as a Head Produce Manager for the Kroger Company. James served our country during World War II in the United States Navy. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ludlow and was a past member of the Vets in Louisburg, KY. Family was most important to James as he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. James also enjoyed spending countless hours working on his family home.
James is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Earl (8/1/04) and his daughter Laura Utsler (1/8/08).
Survivors include his sons, David Earl of Florence, Jack Earl of Waynesville, MO, Jimmy Earl of Covington, Jerry Earl of Jacksonville, FL; daughters, Sue Meyer of Atlanta, GA, Patty Earl of West Covington; 22 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Visitation is on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 10:00AM to the hour of Service at 12:00PM all in First Baptist Church of Ludlow, 400 Linden Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment with Military Honors in Floral Hills, Taylor Mill, KY.
