Marcella A. Schneider, 94, of Bromley, Ky, passed from this life on May 1, 2016 in her home. She was a devout Catholic and member of St. Joseph’s parish in Crescent Springs and a past Alter Club member of St. James parish in Ludlow. She was an avid card player with the Senior’s Card Club, and traveled and read widely. She was intensely interested and involved in the many activities of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald E. Schneider, and her sons, Gerald E. Schneider Jr., Inverness, Florida, and Edward L. Schneider, Fort Wright.
She is survived by her children, Rose Schneider, Washington, D.C., Theresa Schneider-Eubank (Cliff), Crescent Springs, Christine Rider (Gary), Bromley, Joseph Schneider (Cathy), Beaver Creek, Ohio , Thomas Schneider (Shaun) Fort Wright, Mary Ruberg (Don), Edgewood, Philip Schneider, Ludlow, Patricia Helmer (Steve), Bromley, Paul Schneider, (Paul), Leesburg, Va., 27 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
Visitation is on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Mass of Christian Burial is on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph Church, 2470 Loraine Court, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
Entombment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
