Gloria Roaden, 72, of Ludlow passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015. She had worked in the Lawn and Garden Department at Home Depot and was currently a volunteer at Rosedale Green in Covington. Gloria loved her grandchildren, gardening, and she was a great cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Roaden (2013) and sister and brother-in-law, Sarah “Ann” and John “Jack” Willis (September 1, 2015).
Survivors include her sons, Terry (Lisa) Roaden of West Covington, Robert “Robbie” (Cindy) Roaden of Ludlow, James “Jim” (Pam) Roaden of Lakeland, FL; brothers, Walter Smith of Walton, Charles Smith of Walton, Jackie Smith of Latonia; sisters, Mabel Schilling of Norwood, NJ, Lisa Tebeleman of Covington; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 10:00 AM to the hour of Service at 12:00 noon all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, KY.
Family requests NO flowers. Memorials are suggested to Rosedale Green, 4250 Glenn Ave, Covington, KY 41015 or Kenton County Animal Shelter, 1020 Mary Laidley Rd, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
