Robert “Woody” Woodward, 78, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at his residence.
He was a retired Bus Driver for Boone County Schools. Woody served our country in the U.S. Army. He collected cast iron cars, loved to draw and do woodworking and especially spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Woody was preceded in death by his son, Danny (Colleen) Woodward; brothers, Jimmy Woodward and Arthur Woodward, Jr.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Margaret Woodward of Florence; son, Rick (Sheila) Woodward of Independence; daughter, Tammy Sue (Bill) Mullins of Ludlow; brothers, Fred Woodward of Taylor Mill, Donnie Woodward of Hebron; sisters, Laura Krebs of Taylor Mill, Doris Clifton of Erlanger; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Central Church of the Nazarene, 2006 Pieck Drive, Fort Wright, KY 41011.
