Cheryl is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky.  She grew up living in Ludlow attending Ludlow Elementary and Ludlow Middle School before enrolling at Notre Dame Academy for high school.  She graduated from NDA in 1987 and began her collegiate career at the University of Cincinnati before transferring and graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 1992 with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.  She was also a member of the UC and Eastern Kentucky University Women’s Basketball Teams.  Cheryl taught in the science department and assisted Nell Fookes coaching girls’ basketball at Boone County High School from 1992-1996.   From 1996 to 2012, Cheryl was hired by her alma mater, Notre Dame Academy as the head coach of the varsity basketball team. In addition, she taught in the science department for four years.  During that time, Cheryl graduated from Xavier University in 2009 with a master’s in education in Administration and Supervision.    In 2012, Cheryl left education to work full time at her family business Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home.  She earned her funeral director’s license in 2014.   In 2015, Cheryl returned to education teaching and coaching at Ryle High School while continuing to work part time at the funeral home. In 2022, Cheryl moved to Covington Catholic High School while her youngest son attended there.  In August of 2023, Cheryl purchased and is currently managing Ronald B Jones Funeral Home. She is a member of the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association.   Cheryl currently resides in Edgewood with her husband, Paul.   They have five children: Ben and his wife Taylor both graduates of the University of Kentucky, Abby a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Nate who attends The Ohio State University, Nick who attends Western Kentucky University, and Luke who attends Covington Catholic.   With a husband and children that enjoy bird hunting, they have two English Setters Bo and Rey.  Cheryl’s family is an active member of St Pius X parish.  Away from work, Cheryl enjoys attending her kids events, especially their sporting events, and spending time on Norris Lake.

Grace is also a lifelong resident of Ludlow born on Highway Avenue. She is a graduate of Ludlow High School. For over 50 years, Grace has been treasurer of Ronald B. Funeral Home.  Until recent years, she was an avid tennis player and gardener of flowers, personally taking care of the flowers around the funeral home premises, which brought her great satisfaction and praise from the community. She was a member of the Ludlow PTA and has spent most of her adult life attending organizational functions with her late husband Ron. She has been a member of Summit Hills Country Club for over 50 years. Grace currently lives in Crestview Hills and is the mother of four daughters, Michele, Andrea, Julie, and Cheryl; grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Josh Parton graduated from Covington Catholic High School in 2009 and attended the University of Louisville. He obtained his Kentucky Funeral Directors License in 2017 and has worked at the funeral home since 2011. Josh is a member of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, Father Kehoe Council, Knights of Columbus, and Erlanger Lions Club. He is the grandson of Ronald and Grace Jones and nephew of Cheryl and Paul Darpel.

Josh lives in Edgewood with his wife Stephanie; son, Robert Bradford and their loving golden retriever, Dolly Parton.  They are members of St. Pius X Church and Ft. Mitchell Country Club.  

Josh enjoys golfing in his free time along with hunting and fishing.  He is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, University of Kentucky basketball and the University of Tennessee football.

Jessica Nienaber is a 2001 graduate of Scott High School and a 2018 graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor Degree of Organizational Leadership. She obtained her Kentucky Funeral Directors Licensure in 2013. Jessica has been with Ronald B Jones Funeral Home performing many roles for 20 years. Jessica is a lifelong resident of Ft. Wright with her husband, Joe Miller, and their son, Carter.  Keeping the Nienaber tradition alive, Jessica has volunteered and taken leadership roles in many Northern Kentucky communities and organizations. She is a parishioner at St. Agnes Church, a member of Ft. Wright Civic Club Board, The City of Ft. Wright Parks and Recreation Board, Catholic Diocesan Children’s Home Halo League, as well as, Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, and National Funeral Directors Association. Jessica takes an active role in planning and implementation of the City of Ludlow Memorial Day and Christmas Parades.   In Jessica’s free time she enjoys making memories and spending time with her family and close friends, relaxing at her family lake house at Lake Cumberland, and cheering Carter on at his sporting events.

Monica Sallee graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills and Central Academy of Commercial Art in Cincinnati.  Monica was the former Art Director for Swallens Department in Cincinnati. She is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington and has been with the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home for 10 years.  Monica resides in Hebron with her husband, Jim and they have three children.   Her hobbies include gardening, quilting and spending time with family.

Jack is a Ludlow native who after graduating from Ludlow High School and attending Morehead State University embarked on a thirty-two year career in Law Enforcement. Jack was initially employed for  eight years with the Ludlow Police Department and then took a position as a Detective in the Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office where he served for twenty-four years.

Upon retiring from law enforcement Jack began his second chapter working for St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY as a member of the Security Department. He served there for an additional sixteen years.

Jack and his late wife Earlyne “Beaver” Denham, of 52 years, have a daughter, Randi, who recently relocated back to the Northern Kentucky area from North Carolina.  Jack has a granddaughter, Kyla Jane, who resides in West Virginia. Jack  lives  in Crescent Springs, KY. He is an active member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Bromley, KY where Jack is the  minister.   He is also a member of Kenton County F.O.P. Lodge #20 and Colonel Clay Lodge 159 F. & A. M.

Jack enjoys traveling to Myrtle Beach and spending time in the Smoky Mountains. Jack’s hobbies are music and photography.

Jack has been a member of the Ronald B. Jones staff since November 2016.
